Who operates Music Player

Music Player is provided by Gentiana Etemi, trading as etemiDev, Hochstr. 16, 79787 Lauchringen, Deutschland. Contact: support@etemidev.com. This policy describes the current app, including its local storage and optional external actions. Visiting our website and sending support email are separate activities.

The current app has no etemiDev account system, advertising SDK or etemiDev usage-analytics service. It does not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Information stored on your device

Audio files you select or import, their metadata and artwork, playlists, favorites, playback history, playback position and app preferences. The current app does not upload your library or listening history to etemiDev.

These app records are not automatically uploaded to an etemiDev server. There is no Supabase connection or remote timer-monitoring service in this version. On-device processing lets the app provide the features you use without creating an etemiDev user profile.

Permissions and actions you choose

Audio-library and file access is used to find or import music you choose. The operating system may show the current track, artwork and playback controls on the lock screen, in a media notification or on a connected Bluetooth device. A cloud file provider may download a file you select before the app receives it. No microphone recording is needed for normal playback.

You can manage available permissions in your device settings. Declining an optional permission may prevent the related feature from working. Sharing, printing or opening a link may disclose the selected content and technical request information to another provider. That provider handles it under its own privacy policy; a recipient may keep a copy.

Support, websites and service providers

If you choose to contact support@etemidev.com, we receive your sender address, message and any attachments you send. We use them to respond to your inquiry. Our mailbox uses Microsoft 365 through GoDaddy. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive records.

Opening an online privacy page or Store link makes a request to that website. Our website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical request information to deliver and protect it. These voluntary external actions are separate from the app’s local records. Operating-system backups and Store services have their own privacy practices.

Retention, deletion and security

Local records remain until you delete them using the available app or device controls. Device backups, exported copies and some system secure-storage entries may remain after an uninstall. You can manage those separately in the relevant system or provider settings. Deleting the app cannot recall a document already shared with someone else.

We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to address the inquiry and meet applicable legal obligations. Access is limited to people and providers involved in support. No software or storage method can guarantee absolute security; keep your device protected and retain safe copies of important files.

Legal bases and your rights

Where GDPR applies, processing needed to answer a service request or perform a contract relies on Article 6(1)(b). Necessary support administration and security rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f); legally required retention relies on Article 6(1)(c). Optional processing that requires consent relies on Article 6(1)(a), and consent may be withdrawn for future processing.

For personal information held by etemiDev, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact support@etemidev.com. We cannot retrieve local-only app records that you have not sent to us. You may also complain to a competent supervisory authority, including the data-protection authority in Baden-Württemberg.

Our hosting and email providers may process support or website-request information outside the European Economic Area. Their applicable data-processing arrangements provide safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses where required. No automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects are made about you by this app.

Children and policy changes

We do not ask children to create an etemiDev account or send us personal information. A parent, guardian or school should oversee purchases and any sharing of personal records where appropriate. If a child has sent unnecessary personal information to support, contact us so that we can address it.

The date on this page identifies this policy version. If features or data-handling practices change, we will update the policy and provide any notice or consent request required by law. The privacy information displayed in the Store should be read together with this policy.

Terms of use

License and permitted use

Music Player is licensed for use on compatible devices under the applicable Store agreement and these supplementary terms. You may use the app for its intended functions and remain responsible for content you enter, import or share. You retain your rights in your own notes, documents, recordings and business records.

Do not redistribute protected app materials or third-party content without permission, except where a license or applicable law allows it. Open-source and third-party components retain their own licenses and notices. These terms do not remove rights granted by those licenses or mandatory law.

For an app obtained from Apple, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a different valid EULA is supplied through the Store. These supplementary terms do not replace mandatory Store conditions. Apple Standard EULA: Apple Standard EULA

Access and optional costs

The current app has no in-app subscription or timed access preview. Your device, network provider, file provider or printing service may charge for services you separately choose to use.

Purpose and practical limits

Music Player plays supported audio files that you select or import. It does not supply rights to music or a streaming catalog. Only import and share files you are entitled to use.

Playback, lock-screen controls and Bluetooth behavior depend on your operating system, permissions, battery settings, file format and connected device. Avoid unsafe listening volumes and do not operate playback controls when doing so would be unsafe.

Support, statutory rights and updates

For questions about the app or these terms, contact support@etemidev.com. The legal provider is Gentiana Etemi, trading as etemiDev, Hochstr. 16, 79787 Lauchringen, Deutschland.

Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights, statutory remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updates may be needed for compatibility, security or corrections. Any material change to paid access remains subject to the Store agreement and applicable law.
