This notice covers the etemiDev website and its Cloudflare Workers address. App-specific policies are listed in the privacy centre.

Website delivery and security

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Workers, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Delivering and protecting a page involves technical request information such as your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information and response details. Cloudflare may process and retain this information for delivery, security and service operation.

Where GDPR applies, the basis for necessary hosting and security processing is Article 6(1)(f): our legitimate interest in providing a reliable, secure website. Without the necessary request information, the requested page cannot be delivered. Technical information is retained for the period needed for those purposes and any applicable legal obligations. This website has no separate ETEMIDEV visitor-profile database.

Processing outside the European Economic Area

Cloudflare operates an international network, so technical information may be processed outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Its data-processing terms describe the applicable safeguards for restricted transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where required. The provider links below explain these arrangements.

Cookies, analytics and embedded services

The website code does not include advertising, analytics trackers, external fonts, contact forms, an account system or a Supabase client. It does not set application cookies or store visitor identifiers in local storage. App filtering runs in the browser without sending the selection to ETEMIDEV.

Hosting or security features enabled later may have additional storage or logging behavior. The privacy notice and any necessary consent controls must be updated before such features are enabled.

Support email

Selecting a contact link opens your email application. No message is sent until you send it. If you contact support@etemidev.com, ETEMIDEV receives your sender address, message and attachments. Microsoft 365 provided through GoDaddy handles the mailbox.

We use correspondence to answer the inquiry or provide requested support. Where GDPR applies, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) for contractual or pre-contractual requests, Article 6(1)(f) for our legitimate interest in handling other inquiries, and Article 6(1)(c) for legally required retention. Correspondence is retained as long as needed for the inquiry and applicable legal obligations. Please do not include passwords, card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

Links to app stores and other websites

Apple App Store and Google Play links open those providers’ websites. They process requests under their own privacy policies. We do not embed their pages or advertising widgets in this website. External links are not loaded as page content before you choose to open them.

Rights and contact

For information held by etemiDev, contact support@etemidev.com to exercise applicable rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may complain to a competent data-protection authority, including the supervisory authority in Baden-Württemberg. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for future processing.

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. The website does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about visitors.
